I’m a yoga therapist, embodiment coach, and host of the Mindfully Amplified podcast.
I’ve spent several years walking alongside others in their healing journeys—through the lens of movement, mindfulness, and nervous system restoration.

I believe in slow growth, sacred pauses, and creating space for your full self to rise.
This work is my love offering to the community—especially those who are used to holding it all together for others. Now, it's your turn to be held.
